A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics, serving students across Grades K-12. This role focuses on providing vital speech and language support to children in educational settings, ensuring effective communication development and academic success.
Location: Savannah, GA
Setting: School-based, Contract Position
Compensation: Hourly pay plus non-taxable housing and meal stipends for candidates willing to temporarily relocate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K through 12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable school and legal regulations
- Provide therapy sessions that enhance communication skills, focusing on speech, language, fluency, and social communication
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification and licensure eligible for Georgia
