Position Summary:

Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

Respond to customer complaints and provide timely resolutions

Assess and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction and issue resolution

Document all customer interactions accurately in the database

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

Review claim incidents and issues with driver teams to ensure proper handling and follow-up
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in claims or customer service

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes

Attention to detail and good documentation skills
