Were seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers </li>
<li>Record and categorize daily transactions (AR/AP) </li>
<li>Reconcile bank and credit card statements </li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports </li>
<li>Track expenses and job costs by project </li>
<li>Process payroll and manage payroll records </li>
<li>Support tax preparation and annual audits </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures </li>
<li>Communicate with vendors, clients, and management as needed </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role </li>
<li>Proficiency with Paylocity (Online preferred) </li>
<li>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting </li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills </li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion </li>
<li>Experience in construction or restoration industry is a plus </li>
