Job DescriptionSalary: $6.05 PER HOUR + TIPS

Job Activities:1Check in with the manager or lead server at the beginning of the shift to receive task assignments, review the server station, and clean and check all assigned tables.2Perform an initial walkthrough of the restaurant at opening to ensure everything is in order; report any damage or irregularities.3Ask the guest if they have already used the self-service system or if they prefer table service. If the guest prefers self-service, kindly guide them through the ordering process.4Fill the ice bin before service and check periodically to ensure it stays full throughout the shift.5Fill the chip warmer before the shift begins.6Fill and maintain the pico de gallo dispenser to ensure it is always stocked during the shift.7Keep the server station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.8Greet guests at the entrance and offer them a table if needed.9Explain the menu and answer any questions about ingredients or preparations.10Suggest daily specials or highlighted menu item11Take orders directly if the guest prefers or needs assistance.12Accurately enter all orders into the POS system.13Serve beverages, appetizers, entrees, and desserts in proper order.14Ensure each dish is complete and well-presented before serving.15Follow up during the meal to ensure guest satisfaction.16Present the check and process payments accurately.17Clear plates and utensils as soon as the guest is finished using them to keep the table clean.18Frequently check restrooms to ensure cleanliness, toilet paper availability, clean trash bins, and pleasant scent.19Prepare wrapped silverware (roll-ups) for the next shift and place them in the designated area at the end of your shift.20Answer phone calls, assist at the front, and take orders when time and availability allow.21Attempt to resolve any issues promptly; if not possible, escalate the matter to the on-duty manager to ensure guest satisfaction.22Collect used napkin bags from the kitchen and server station, dispose of them, and replace with clean bags for the next day.23Fully clean the coffee station and server station: wash coffee pots, sweep, and mop both areas.24Clean and reset all tables with utensils and plates; refill napkin dispensers and set up station containers (#1 and #4) for the next day.25Report any irregularities or damages to the manager so they can document them properly.26Turn off the lights and help close the restaurant, ensuring everything is properly secured.27Actively collaborate with all team members throughout the shift.28Perform any additional tasks assigned by the shift leader or manager that contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant.29Follow the opening and closing checklists established for this role.
