Administrative Assistant to Sales (Buford, Georgia)
Full-service, fast-paced construction-related manufacturing company in Buford, GA seeks local applicant for full-time position.
~ Responsibilities include the following:
- Daily interaction with large customer base- excellent communication skills and customer service skills required
- Responding to customer’s quotation requests, needs, inquiries, and complaints.
- Administrative processing of customer orders
- Typing proposals and correspondences in a profession, error-free and timely manner
- Sharing of any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the outside salesperson’s attention, or may result in additional sales
- Professional email and phone correspondence with customers
- Daily interaction with office staff to take care of customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
~ Position Requirements:
- Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem solving / conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well and excel while working with a team or individual
- Experience working under pressure and deadlines with multiple tasks/projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills, Detail oriented
- Day to day interaction with customers, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Position requires a professional demeanor and appearance, as well as courteousness and a friendly personality
- Experience in the sign or construction industry is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with architectural drawings/blueprints is a plus!
- Starting pay will be based on experience with all of the above
