Woodharbor Custom Cabinetry has partnered with Hueman to find a Full-Time Sr Marketing Specialist in Mason City, Iowa.
The Senior Marketing Specialist role is a dynamic, hands-on position responsible for supporting the execution of WoodHarbor’s marketing strategies and brand initiatives. This role blends creative, technical, and organizational skills to help drive brand awareness and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is an initiative-taking initiative-taker who takes ownership of projects, is meticulous and organized and thrives while managing multiple priorities to deliver accurate, on-time results.

Job Responsibilities:
o Coordinate with dealers, showrooms, and designers to provide marketing support and gather product and market feedback.
o Support the launch of new product campaigns across all marketing channels, including customer communications and social media.
o Maintain and manage the customer contact database and email distribution lists in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and effective segmentation.
o Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to drive targeted communications at scale.
o Manage and organize digital assets and deploy them across company platforms, including the WoodHarbor Portal
o Design marketing and sales collateral such as sell sheets, brochures, showroom materials, and signage.
Job Requirements:

§ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
§ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a marketing or related field
§ Advance proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
§ Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
