Pastry and Bakery Chef - Livonia, MI area
Our client, an upscale gourmet market, is searching for a hands on Pastry Chef to oversee production of all scratch made cakes and desserts. Must have supervisory experience. 5 day work week, 50 hours, off Sunday and Monday. Bread /starter experience a plus.
Specialty Items Include:
- Fruit Tarts, Italian Macarons
- Wedding Cakes
- Muffins, Cookies
- Tiramisu, Cannoli’s
- Quiche, Cheesecakes
- Brownies, Sfogliatelle.
- Mousse, Specialty Desserts
Salary range $70-75,000++ Health Care Benefits.
