Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Be the friendly first point of contact for clients, answering queries and assisting them with their insurance needs.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client issues efficiently and provide prompt solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek to improve service delivery, offering suggestions for refining customer service processes.
- Being able to find gaps in coverage & be able to upsell policies when reviewing with clients
- Policy Updates: Keep clients informed about their insurance policies and updates, helping them make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide cohesive and comprehensive service to clients.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active and valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is required
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidate preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Self-Driven
- Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
