• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, offering translation support when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.

• Stay informed about organizational procedures and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

• Address customer feedback constructively to identify areas of improvement.

• Handle sensitive account information with discretion and compliance to security protocols.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
