Job Title: Manufacturing Cost Engineer

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / annually

Location: City of Industry, CA

We are hiring a locally based Industrial Engineering & Cost Analyst to support our U.S. manufacturing operations. This role will focus on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant sites.

Key Responsibilities|主要工作內容

  • Lead and execute operational improvement and productivity projects
    規劃並執行營運改善與效率提升專案
  • Support annual operational targets using PDCA methodology
    透過 PDCA 管理循環協助達成年度經營目標
  • Conduct cost collection, analysis, and optimization of factory labor and cost structures.
    工廠工費統計、成本結構分析及優化
  • Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-site operational initiatives through integrated management platforms
    整合跨部門與跨廠區營運活動,並推動整合性管理與解決方案平台
  • Drive the execution and implementation of continuous improvement projects to ensure measurable results

  • Design and enhance operating models to improve overall performance and productivity

What you will NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
    大學(含)以上,工業工程/工業管理/財務會計或相關科系
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
    Excel 與數據分析能力佳
  • Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin
    英文與中文流利
  • Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and numbers
    數據敏感度高、邏輯清晰、分析能力強

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IE, Cost Accounting, or Production Planning/Control
    具IE/成本會計/生管相關經驗
  • Knowledge of cost management or industrial engineering methodologies

  • Experience driving continuous improvement or lean initiatives
