We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Retail Marketing Lead to support and grow our retail presence, with a strong focus on Target. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams while also interfacing directly with retailers and brokers to ensure our brand shows up consistently and effectively at shelf. You’ll help execute retail programs, manage retailer marketing initiatives, and contribute to building strong retail partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of retail marketing programs for Target and other retail partners.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for retailers and brokers, ensuring alignment on promotions, media plans, and in-store initiatives.
  • Adapt brand campaigns for retail channels, including in-store activations, digital retail media, circulars, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and compliance with retailer requirements.
  • Help manage and track budgets for retail media programs (Target Roundel and other retailer media platforms).
  • Work with brokers and sales teams to support retail launches, promotions, and distribution opportunities.
  • Collect and organize performance data from retail programs; share results and insights with internal teams.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities in the retail space.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, or related role within a CPG or health & wellness brand.
  • Direct experience working with Target marketing programs (required).
  • Preferred experience working with specialty health & wellness retailers such as GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, and Sprouts.
  • Understanding of retail media platforms and shopper engagement strategies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Experience collaborating with brokers, agencies, or external retail partners.
  • Experience collaborating with PR teams to support retail efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track program results and share insights.
  • Based in New York, NY.
