This Bilingual Junior Recruiter position is based at a busy staffing branch in East Houston, where you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment with plenty of opportunity to grow in the recruiting field.
Job Highlights
- Position: Bilingual Junior Recruiter (English/Spanish)
- Schedule: Full-time, day shift | Typical office hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Call: Occasional on-call rotation required
- Location: East Houston, TX
- Nearby Cities: Baytown, Pasadena, Channelview, Deer Park, La Porte, Galena Park, Cloverleaf, Jacinto City, Sheldon, Highlands, Crosby, Northshore, Mont Belvieu, South Houston

Responsibilities
- Source, pre-screen, and engage candidates for light industrial and clerical roles
- Post and update open jobs on recruiting platforms and respond to applicants quickly
- Schedule interviews and assist candidates with onboarding documents
- Accurately process payroll for field staff
- Greet and assist walk-ins; return voicemails and emails promptly
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the system
- Support branch operations with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Assist with client and candidate relationship management
- Help open and close the office as scheduled
- Participate in weekly meetings and occasional on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience:

- Minimum 2–3 years of steady work history in customer service and/or an office setting
- Skills:
-
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills; able to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and payroll
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work occasional on-call hours
