Industrial Electrical Technician - DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Temp-to-Hire | Reno, NV
Join a leading manufacturing team as an Industrial Electrical Technician. In this role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, control, and instrumentation systems to ensure equipment reliability and support efficient production operations.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, and once hired on permanently, the position transitions to a salaried role.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, and repair electrical and control systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and equipment prints.
- Troubleshoot system failures and recommend long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Clean background and valid driver's license.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work overtime and participate in rotational on-call.
