Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $23 per hour
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension
Introduction:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Tigard, OR to find a dedicated Wire Clerk to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, research-heavy environment and is looking for a long-term role with room to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research and auditing of wire transfers
- Investigate potential wire fraud and document findings thoroughly
- Serve as a liaison between banks and customers, providing top-notch internal and external customer service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and detailed notes on all cases
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of banking experience preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- Background in banking or real estate is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
- Entry-level candidates welcome, but must be seeking a long-term opportunity
- Strong communication skills, common sense, and a sharp, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
