By becoming our Installation and Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure beverage equipment performs flawlessly. Whether it's a routine maintenance call or an urgent on-site fix, your expertise is crucial.
Weekly Hours: Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and tackle on-call duties during weekends.
Travel Details: Operate primarily within a comfortable 100-mile radius with occasional regional travel.
Your Key Missions:
- Install, diagnose and service coffee and drink machines in key territories.
- Manage both routine service upkeep and urgent corrections quickly.
- Contribute to "On Call" service shifts, covering evenings and weekends.
- Keep track of parts, ensuring replenishments are timely.
- Complete all client interactions with exact documentation and obtain necessary approvals.
- Engage in gear setup, providing flawless execution and results satisfaction.
- Communicate transparently to clients about services rendered.
- Relay meaningful client insights back to company management effectively.
- Adhere to guided service protocols diligently.
- Prioritize work dangers and client service urgencies efficiently.
What We Look For:
Education and Experience Background:
- Possess a high school diploma or a GED credential.
- Display at least three years of mechanical or technical hands-on skills.
- Foodservice background familiarity is advantageous.
- Aptitude in handling electrical or plumbing tasks is preferable.
- Must hold a driver's license with an impeccable record.
- Willingness to travel past the typical operation radius when needed.
- Ability to perform reliable troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
- Capability to physically lift repetitive weights of up to 60 lbs.
- Address both planned and unexpected maintenance with decisiveness.
