Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Fort Myers, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Private practice dental hygiene role focused on preventive care and patient education
• Provide comprehensive hygiene treatment and periodontal services
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Dentist and clinical team
• Average patient volume of 7-8 patients daily
• Utilize Arestin and modern dental technology
• Patient-centered environment focused on quality care and outcomes
COMPENSATION
• 30% Of Production Or Hourly Pay (Whichever Is Greater)
• Strong Production-Based Earning Potential
• Growing Patient Base Supporting Consistent Production
SCHEDULE
• 4-Day Work Week
• Typical Hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No Major Holidays
ROLE
• Perform dental cleanings and preventive services
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
• Complete periodontal charting and assessments
• Administer Arestin as indicated
• Support treatment planning and patient retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Dentrix
ENVIRONMENT

Requirements:
• Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
• Degree In Dental Hygiene From An Accredited Program REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Comprehensive Hygiene Services REQUIRED
• Comfortable With Patient Education REQUIRED
• Experience With Arestin Preferred
• Dentrix Experience Preferred
• Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills REQUIRED
