Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Inbound Calls: Manage and provide solutions to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a positive experience.
Policy Assessment: Review and analyze current insurance policies, recommending changes or additional coverage as needed.
Product Promotion: Inform clients about available products and services that could improve their insurance portfolio.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery and share client insights.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance account management or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
