We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Dental Sales Professional with clinical knowledge and experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands dentistry, can explain treatment confidently, and is driven to help patients move forward with their care.

Responsibilities:

• Present and close treatment plans with confidence and accuracy
• Follow up with patients to maximize case acceptance
• Use clinical knowledge to guide patient conversations
• Support with X-rays and treatment coordination
• Increase new patients per location

Qualifications:

• Clinical dental experience REQUIRED (DA, hygienist, or treatment coordinator background)
• Strong communication and proven closing ability
• X-ray certification REQUIRED
• High performer who thrives on achieving goals

Compensation:

• $60,000$90,000 with commission
