We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor role with Blink Health, an innovative and fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on making prescriptions more accessible and affordable for patients nationwide.
Customer Service Supervisor – Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a growing team of Patient Support Specialists.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational excellence.
- Review team performance data to meet and exceed structured targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new initiatives to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage queues, backlogs, and workflows while optimizing performance.
- Identify workflow improvements through customer insights and expertise.
- Resolve complex and ambiguous escalations from the Patient Success team.
- Foster a collaborative, cohesive, and positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years in customer service, call center, healthcare, pharmacy, or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident, patient, and respectful communication skills.
- This is an onsite role in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh.
