Job Summary
Established Residential Landscape Firm – Immediate Openings
We are an established landscape company serving some of the finest residential properties throughout the Charleston and Mount Pleasant area.
This is not commercial mow-and-go work.
This is detailed, high-standard residential landscape maintenance and installation.
If you are not comfortable using a shovel, rake, hedge trimmer, or weed eater for hours at a time, this will not be a good fit.
We are looking for people who:
- Work hard without being pushed
- Keep a good attitude in heat, cold, and long days
- Take pride in clean, finished work
- Want to learn and improve
- Take correction without ego
- Support the team instead of slowing it down
- Stay off their phone during work hours
We are especially interested in candidates with experience or knowledge in:
- Professional lawn care
- Residential landscape installation
- Plant identification and proper pruning techniques
- Irrigation systems
- Operating commercial landscape equipment
Our clients expect precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. We deliver it.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Mowing and edging
- Running weedeaters and blowers
- Precision pruning and detailed trimming
- Raking, shoveling, spreading mulch and gravel
- Installing soil, sod, plants, and landscape materials
- Assisting with irrigation installation and repairs
- Lifting heavy materials throughout the day
You will be on your feet.
You will sweat.
You will move all day.
Experience is valued.
If you have proven yourself in a physically demanding outdoor job, we can train the right person.
Requirements:
- Physically fit
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from Mount Pleasant
- Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Occasional overtime and Saturdays paid at time and a half
Compensation:
Starting pay $18–$22 per hour depending on experience.
Higher rates available for proven performance and skill level.
Overtime paid at time and a half.
Year-round employment.
