Job Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for MLT for its Story City offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: performing laboratory tests classified under CLIA-88 as highly complex, moderately complex, or waived, in all sections of the laboratory under minimal supervision in accordance with McFarland Clinic's Core Values and Promise.

Education

Associate degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and/or successful completion of a recognized course of study in Clinical Laboratory Technology.

Certification/License

Certification, or eligibility for certification, as MLT (ASCP) or equivalent.

Days: Monday, Thursday and Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

Experience

One year experience in a hospital or clinic setting as an MLT.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
