We specialize in coastal home renovations, including structural alterations, window installations, and exterior porch and deck restoration. If you have 5+ years of remodeling experience and are available to discuss opportunities, please contact us. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed</li>
<li>Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters</li>
<li>Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware</li>
<li>Follow &amp; work with Lead Carpenters</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years Previous experience as a Carpenter.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mathematical measurements</li>
<li>Ability to read and take action on blueprints</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects</li>
