Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care unit required
- ACLS and BLS certifications current and maintained
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility and a passion for adapting to new clinical settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and care for patients transitioning from critical care to general medical-surgical units
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately
