This position offers a hands-on role operating advanced laser cutting machinery, CNC routers, water jets, press brakes, etc. Plenty of opportunities for learning and growth within a supportive, skilled team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating our CNC Router, press brake, water jet and other form and cutting machines.
- Performing setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting o a variety of machinery.
- Conducting quality checks on completed parts to ensure precision standards.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and uphold safety protocols.
About You
- 1+ years of experience operating various manufacturing machines, including CNC routers, press brake, water jet, and/or deburring equipment
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting and bending.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality control and machine maintenance.
