Alpine Net Corp, a growing distribution company, is looking for a Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position. This is not a remote job.
We are looking for someone who is professional, smart, reliable, and able to learn quickly. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent English communication skills, and prior office/admin experience. Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
● Handle general front office and administrative work
● Communicate professionally by email, phone, and in person
● Enter, update, and maintain product and customer data
● Work with product information, pricing, item details, and order-related data
● Assist with EDI-related tasks and customer/vendor portals
● Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and reports
● Support daily office operations and internal team coordination
● Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately
● Learn company systems, product data, and processes quickly
● Assist with other office, technical, and data-entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
● Must be fluent and professional in English
● Must have good written and verbal communication skills
● Prior office administration experience is required
● EDI experience is strongly preferred
● Must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
● Must be comfortable working with product data and computer systems
● Must be able to learn quickly and work independently after training
● Must be professional, punctual, and dependable
● This is not an entry-level position
We will provide training on our internal systems and products, but we are looking for someone who already has a good office background and is comfortable with Excel, communication, and administrative work.
