Job DescriptionCustomer Service & Distribution Supervisor
We are seeking a Customer Service & Distribution Supervisor to lead our customer service team and ensure an efficient, high-quality experience for our clients. This role is responsible for supervising operations, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery performance.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the customer service team.
Manage orders, claims, returns, and adjustments related to deliveries.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and traffic departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
Handle critical situations such as damaged products, order errors, or delivery delays.
Prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer service and distribution processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, on-time delivery rates, number of credits issued, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge
Customer Service strategies.
Customer experience and satisfaction.
Complaint and claims management.
Customer retention and loyalty.
Service KPIs.
Data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in communication platforms (email, Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp).
Consumer rights knowledge.
Food distribution and logistics processes.
Inventory management.
