Job Summary
Arcoplastis the leading manufacturer of seamless wall and ceiling systems designed for cleanrooms and critical environments. Our solutions support contamination control and biosafety across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and research facilities. Arcoplast is seeking a Project Manager / Order Fulfillment Specialist to lead order fulfillment processes from planning through delivery. This cross-functional role ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality customer order execution. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, experience in logistics or inventory, and the ability to manage complex workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management
- Develop detailed project plans including goals, timelines, and resources.
- Work with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Order Processing
- Oversee the full order cycle from entry to delivery.
- Communicate order statuses to clients and resolve issues proactively.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and records.
- Partner with inventory staff to address discrepancies and improve stock turnover.
- Logistics Coordination
- Manage shipping and distribution logistics.
- Build vendor relationships to optimize delivery cost and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead coordination between internal and external fulfillment stakeholders.
- Train and support team members on fulfillment procedures.
- Safety Management
- Enforce safety protocols and lead audits.
- Promote safety awareness through training and oversight.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify fulfillment risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues.
- Quality Assurance
- Implement quality checks to meet company and customer standards.
- Use feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Other reasonably related duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management or logistics/order fulfillment experience.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, logistics software, and safety standards.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
