The Science Team at Pride Health is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Scientific - Laboratory Technician”.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily laboratory activities for molecular biology and fermentation research projects.
Prepare media, plates, and other laboratory materials as required.
Restock lab supplies and maintain inventory
Clean, sterilize, and autoclave glassware and laboratory equipment.
Collect and properly dispose of laboratory waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory support areas.
Perform standard upkeep and cleaning protocols on scientific equipment and gain familiarity with their general function.
Participate in rotational weekend work, including sample collection for other scientists.
Qualifications:
Previous laboratory experience preferred
Strong understanding of sterile techniques and excellent biosafety practices
Hands-on experience in cutting-edge R&D in molecular biology and fermentation
Additional Information:
Location: Plymouth, MN
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay rate- $21/hr. on W2
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
