Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer/crew member to join our pipeline rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist with projects such as slip lining, drainage repair & installation, and canal & lake bank restoration. This is a hands-on position that requires operating small tools and equipment and working closely with a crew in various weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with a crew on pipeline rehabilitation projects

  • Operate small tools and equipment (pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes)

  • Assist with underground utility construction tasks on-site

  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Qualifications

  • Underground utility construction experience preferred

  • Desire and eagerness to learn a skilled trade

  • Positive attitude, customer service skills, and strong communication abilities

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to complete and pass a drug screening and background check

  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required if operating company vehicles)

  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • Home daily

  • Overtime & weekend availability as needed
