Compensation
- $46–$75 per visit/hour (pay varies based on employment type, experience, and location)
- W-2 or 1099 options
- Full-time and part-time schedules

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech therapy under SLP supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete visit documentation
- Support caregivers through education
- Monitor treatment outcomes
- Communicate with supervising therapists
