Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in Lowell, MA is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services across multiple school sites. This role involves travel within the district to support students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide student interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license or certification
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and delivering counseling services in schools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel between school sites within the district
