We are looking for an Customer Service Representative to join our Brown Family! You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibility is to secure appointments and perform administrative functions to drive our company's success!
Brown Foundation Repair wrote the book on foundation repair. We specialize in quality installation and affordable services, including residential foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, drainage, and more home services to help families live better.

What are the responsibilities?
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Create/update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing and faxing
What are the requirements?
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, dispatcher, or another relevant administrative role
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Offered compensation:
$14/hr - $16/hr
