Office Assistant IMMEDIATE HIRE - LONG TERM
- Must be responsible and come to work every day.
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English).
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending various emails.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Answering Phone Calls.
- Maintaining records/files.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & have proficient computer skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Pay is based on knowledge, skills and experience.
Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (Full Time)
