Office Assistant IMMEDIATE HIRE - LONG TERM

  • Must be responsible and come to work every day.
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English).
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending various emails.
  • Taking and delivering messages.
  • Answering Phone Calls.
  • Maintaining records/files.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & have proficient computer skills.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Pay is based on knowledge, skills and experience.

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (Full Time)
