Job DescriptionAre you a detail-oriented billing professional with experience in Home Infusion and Front-End Medical Billing? We’re urgently seeking a Reimbursement Coordinator to join a high-demand team that plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive the care they need—without billing barriers.
?? What You'll Do:
- Create accurate infusion claims for medical payors (not pharmacy/RX/NCPP).
- Ensure clean claim submission with minimal rejections or denials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant billing processes.
- Support reimbursement and revenue cycle activities with precision.
- (Bonus) Assist in collections or claim follow-ups, if experienced.
? Must-Have Experience:
- 2+ years of Home Infusion billing experience required.
- 1+ year of recent/current Home Infusion billing experience.
- Strong understanding of Front-End Billing—focused on infusion claim creation.
- Solid knowledge of billing to medical payors (not pharmacy benefits).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong critical thinking skills.
?? Nice-to-Haves:
- Collections experience or knowledge of follow-up processes.
- Previous experience with companies in the home infusion space (e.g., CVS Health/Quorum, etc.).
