Responsible for supporting and growing assigned customer accounts by providing exceptional service and driving sales opportunities. This includes entering orders, resolving issues, maintaining account information, and proactively engaging customers to promote products, programs, and solutions that align with their needs.Provide courteous, professional service to customers and sales representatives at all times.
- Accurately and promptly enter and process customer orders, verifying terms, pricing, and programs.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact for product information, order status, and solutions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities within assigned accounts by promoting new products, upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing program participation.
- Support outside sales team by following up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities.
- Resolve product, delivery, and billing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Authorize returns of damaged/refused merchandise and process credits in line with company policies.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cover for team members as required.
- Overtime may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
