Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $24+/hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 paid after successful first 90 days
- Paid training at company facility, manufacturer facilities, and corporate office (travel, meals, lodging covered)

What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Professional, you’ll focus on what you do best—servicing systems and taking care of customers:
- Service & Repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Customer Experience: Communicate clearly with customers and deliver a 5-star experience
- Quality Work: Make sure every job is done safely and correctly the first time
- Stay Organized: Complete service tickets, track materials, and keep your truck stocked and clean
- Team Support: Help teammates when needed and lead by example in the field
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC experience (residential required, light commercial a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team player mindset
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
