Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, deliverables, and key stakeholders.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting.

Establish office hours and create training resources to support asset owners.

Build and execute a communications plan to drive engagement and adoption.

Define key identifiers and core data elements for IT asset management.

Identify and implement processes for asset inventory maintenance, including data entry, quality reviews, and remediation.

Co-develop roles and responsibilities (RACI) for asset inventory.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, data cleanup, and validation activities.
-
Collaborate with PMO, ISRC, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.

Verify data integrity, monitor progress, and deliver accurate reporting.

Gather stakeholder feedback and assess project outcomes for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
-
PMP certification required.
-
Strong background in project management methodologies, resource planning, and communications management.

Experience or knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

College degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
