ElkStone, Colorado's #1 basement finishing company, is expanding into Utah, and we're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to help us build something great - right from the ground up.
This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to lead the charge as we bring our proven systems, high-quality craftsmanship, and referral-driven reputation to Utah Valley.
You'll be the boots on the ground for ElkStone's Utah operations—owning projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough, building strong relationships with subcontractors, and delivering a 5-star experience for our clients.
We'll set you up with support from our Colorado HQ, including training, systems, and resources. There may be opportunities for quick professional growth in this position as our presence in Utah increases. You’ll bring your field expertise, attention to detail, and local knowledge to make it all run smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Manage residential construction projects from kickoff to final walkthrough
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subs
- Oversee daily site progress, safety, and quality control
- Monitor schedules and budgets, flagging overages early
- Solve problems on the fly and keep communication clear and positive
Pay & Perks
- $75,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and includes typical performance bonuses)
- 2 weeks paid vacation (3 weeks after 5 years)
- 8 paid holidays

- Fuel card + $50/month vehicle maintenance allowance
Requirements:What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential project management (frame-to-finish required)
- Bonus: Production home building experience
- Strong understanding of build processes and safety standards
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping details
- Great communicator—someone who keeps clients, crews, and vendors in sync
- Tech-savvy
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required
