As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dependable and motivated warehouse team members to join our operation in Lake Wales, Florida.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate will play an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly. This position involves pulling cabinet orders from shelves, preparing pallets for pickup or delivery, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse, and assisting with basic cabinet assembly.
Experience with cabinets, woodworking, or warehouse operations is a major plus. Some team members will also assist with deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull cabinet orders accurately from shelves according to order sheets.
- Prepare and wrap pallets for delivery or customer pickup.
- Operate a small forklift or pallet jack to move materials safely.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Track inventory and notify the administrator when stock levels are low.
- Learn and assist with cabinet assembly and related production tasks.
- Support deliveries as needed, ensuring materials are handled safely and professionally.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cabinet experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift or willingness to learn.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for those assisting with deliveries).
