Graphic Designer (Packaging & Print | Logistics-Focused)

$30.00/hour | Full-Time
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in packaging, print, and production logistics. This role goes beyond design — you will play a critical part in ensuring packaging is production-ready, compliant, and aligned with distribution timelines.
You will collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure accurate execution from concept to final product, supporting a fast-moving supply chain across multiple product lines.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop packaging for high-volume consumer goods (boxes, labels, blister cards, displays)
- Ensure all designs are production-ready and optimized for manufacturing and distribution
- Create and manage accurate dielines aligned with packaging specs and vendor requirements
- Prepare precise, print-ready files to avoid delays, errors, or rework in production
- Partner with logistics, production, and sourcing teams to meet shipping and launch deadlines
- Maintain consistency across SKUs while supporting high turnover and fast product cycles
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment tied to inventory flow
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in packaging and print design within a production or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of how design impacts manufacturing, shipping, and shelf readiness
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Experience working with dielines, vendor specs, and print production requirements
- Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and timelines
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, speed, and execution
