Office Support Specialist
Location: Princeton, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (in-office; not remote)

Overview
Provide backup and daily support to our Scheduler, Permit Coordinator, and Leads Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations.
What You’ll Do
- Cover office roles during absences or high-volume periods
- Answer phones, manage leads, and follow up with customers
- Assist with permits, scheduling, and reporting in Service Fusion (CRM)
- Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
- On-site attendance required daily
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Professional phone manner and computer proficiency
- Experience in scheduling, permitting, or customer service is a plus
