Job Description

The corporate receptionist assists the executive assistant with operational and administrative details and performs administrative functions for Senior Level Leadership. This position is a high profile position and will greet and accommodate individuals within the corporate office.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers and directs phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcomes visitors and staff in a warm and friendly manner, and answers any questions visitors may have
  • Maintains front desk reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operates standard office equipment (fax, computer, copier)
  • Keeps detailed and accurate records of visitors and visitor requests and calls received
  • May assist with coordination of meetings and clean meeting rooms after meeting adjourns (schedule meeting rooms, order food, prepare packets)
  • May supply administrative support to various executives within the corporate suite
  • Assist with mail sorting and delivery to appropriate corporate departments
  • Track and maintain office supply inventory
  • Handles filing and data entry for corporate office
  • Utilizes company resources responsibly, avoiding waste.
  • Functions effectively in a Matrix Management environment.
  • Completes any duties and special assignments as requested.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalency (required)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft and Google office software products
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Type 35 WPM
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.
  • Two years of Administrative Support/Receptionist support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to travel to offices within Las Vegas and surrounding area

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • May include standing, sitting, and/or walking for extended periods
  • May include performing repetitive tasks
  • May include working on a special schedule (i.e. evenings and weekends with clients)
  • May include working with challenging patients and clients
  • May include lifting up to 25 pounds
