Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract to Potential Hire

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Infusion Pharmacist to join a reputable Home Infusion Pharmacy in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to transition from contract to a permanent role, making it an excellent career step for pharmacists who are passionate about providing specialized care to infusion therapy patients.

Responsibilities:

Verify and dispense IV medications and infusion therapies with accuracy and compliance to regulations.
Oversee sterile compounding preparation and ensure proper aseptic technique.
Provide clinical support, medication counseling, and education to patients and healthcare providers.
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure safe, timely medication delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal laws.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
No Weekends

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey Pharmacist license (in good standing).
Prior home infusion or sterile compounding experience required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
