Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumbers to join our team for projects in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License and have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial or industrial environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship while maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and plumbing repair skills.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications is preferred.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation to the shop.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding work.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
