We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service support. This position plays an important role in creating a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams
