Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026/2027 school year at a K-12 school located in Middletown, MD. This contract role requires working onsite throughout the school year, providing direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Deliver therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or equivalent credential.
- Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students.
- Ability to manage a caseload of around 50 students effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to supporting student growth and development.
