SUMMARY

BSPS, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Production Control Clerk for BOSC Contract At 29 Palms Marine Base. The Operations Support Manager will oversee and optimize the operational processes within the organization. This role is responsible for enhancing productivity, improving service delivery, and ensuring that all operational functions align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Wage/Salary Range:$25.00-$29.00 based on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage and provide support to various departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. - Prepare and present daily reports on operational performance to senior management. - Handle escalated operational issues and provide timely resolutions. - Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to streamline operations.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management. - 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making..

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP systems Maximo ). - Experience in project management is a plus.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
