Qualifications &amp; Requirements

<li>Valid Texas COTA license or certification</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited OTA/COTA program</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical and hands-on tasks required to deliver therapy</li>
<li>Experience working in geriatric or skilled nursing settings preferred—but not required (they consider all experience levels)&nbsp;</li>
