Job DescriptionUnlock Your Potential in Customer Operations

Are you looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in customer operations within a dynamic business environment? Join us as a Customer Success Intern and develop real-world skills in process improvement, order management, and customer engagement that will serve you well in any future role.

This internship offers exposure to the end-to-end processes that drive customer success, from reviewing engineering orders to maintaining data integrity across systems. You'll be part of a team that values continuous improvement, clear communication, and delivering tangible results.

What You'll Do

You will support our Customer Success and Operations teams by:

  • Drawing / Order Review:

    • Maintain detailed log data and follow established process.

    • Provide regular updates to the ETO team and Continuous Improvement for RCCA work leading up to VSA.

  • FEOM - Initial Review Lane:

    • Capture engineering feedback and maintain updates, mirroring the Drawing / Order Review model.

  • LeanKit PO Lane Follow-Up:

    • Review LeanKit cards to ensure complete information for progressing POs.

    • Follow up with reps and dealers to secure missing data (e.g., signed approved drawings, verifies, NBD).

    • Maintain FEOM cards and update Epicor quote headers as learnings are captured.

  • Salesforce Pipeline Follow-Up:

    • Review opportunities in Salesforce and reach out to reps/dealers for updates.

    • Help clean up project data (85/65% status, lost, in-process, NBD).

  • Rep Commission Analysis:

    • Audit dealer territories by reviewing active dealer lists in Epicor.

    • Update and maintain accurate records to ensure alignment with territory lists.

What You'll Bring

  • Current student or recent graduate (preferably pursuing or holding a 4-year degree) in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks.

  • A curious mindset-eager to learn, ask questions, and improve how things work.

  • Comfortable with data and willing to work in systems like Epicor, Salesforce, and LeanKit (we'll train you).

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Gain exposure to the processes and management of customer operations in a real-world setting.

  • Make tangible contributions to meaningful projects that support our sales and operations teams.

  • Build skills in process improvement, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Join a team that values your growth and encourages forward-thinking ideas.
