SUMMARY : The Architect is responsible for planning, designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures.
10+ years’ of professional experience in architecture
This role involves creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client needs, building codes, and environmental standards.
Architects collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders throughout all phases of a project – from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration.
Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution
10+ years’ of professional experience in architecture
Licensure required
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing and construction methods
Excellent design, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
